Observation: - A small moldy white bucket with food item in the 3-door cooler.
- Dirty decorating nozzles stored in a small white bucket on a shelf near walk-in cooler.
- A heavily soiled wooden stirring spoon stored on the wooden prep. counter.
Corrective Action(s): All dirty items must be properly cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: Significant pest (mice) infestation was observed throughout the premise. Rodent droppings found: on the floor (eg., behind dough mixer), on lids of plastic containers, on storage shelves and tables.
Corrective Action(s): The entire premise requires cleaning to remove food debris, grease, and droppings; and disinfection (Bleach/1 cap full/gallon of water/).

Observation: Mice droppings, grease, and food debris on shelves, floor (hard-to-reach areas - corners & under equipment), equipment, and utensils.
Food debris provides a food source for rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Clean and sanitize the premise, utensils, and equipment.
Note: Pests Control Company provides service. A technician was on site yesterday to set traps.

Baked goods at front stored safely at the time of inspection (all covered and protected from contamination).
Bleach spray sanitizer at front area - available.
Washroom - satisfactory.

Recommendation:
- Raisins, margarine, and similar items that stored on shelves must be properly stored due to constant redden problem (eg., pest proof containers with lids/in coolers).
