General sanitation was good. Handwash sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, hand soap, paper towel. (walk in, under counter, beverages)cooler <4C. Walk in freezer -19.1C. Hot holding units for beef, chicken, eggs etc >60C. Sanitizer at the dispenser and buckets 200ppm Quats solution. food storage - off floor well organized, labelled. Fan hood was clean and free of grease. thermometers available in cold units. Ice machine was clean. Remind the manager to replace the filter and clean the fanguard. No pest activity observed during inspection. 3-compartment sink was available for washing dishes.
