Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was detected in container with wiping cloths at front. It was stated that sanitizer concentrate at the dispenser had run out and was recently changed.
Corrective Action(s): Container was re-filled with sanitizer and tested at 200 ppm quats. When sanitizer concentrate is changed, allow solution to run through the line and confirm that proper sanitizing concentrations are being achieved (200 ppm quats). Ensure that sanitizer is always available at the correct concentration for effective sanitizing.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Food is covered, labeled, dated, and stored off the floor.
- Sandwich preparation table inserts at 2 to 4 degrees C
- Under counter cooler at 4 degrees C
- Beverage cooler at 1 degree C
- Walk in freezer at -14 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Three sink plugs available at manual ware washing sinks
- Quats sanitizer available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm.
- Utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition
- Scoops stored with handles outside of food product
- Staff wear clean clothing and hair restraints. Proper hand washing was observed after staff handled cash.
- General sanitation excellent. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Temperature and sanitation records are maintained and available for review
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
