Observation: No paper towels in dispensers again, this is an ongoing issue.
Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued as staff and management are aware paper towels must be in the dispensers (front and back) however staff are not following through with putting paper towels in dispensers. Paper towels MUST be in dispensers by end of day today, March 18/24. Follow up inspection tomorrow.

Observation: Staff are not washing in back when preparing and portioning food.
Corrective Action(s): Staff are relying on wearing gloves and not actually washing their hands when moving from handling money, to portioning chicken. Staff MUST wash hands after handling money then put on gloves. by March 18/24

Observation: Cockroaches still seen under the freezer and single compartment food prep sink.Staff think pest control was in, but not sure what they did.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure pest control has been in and cockroaches are being taken care of. Email pest control report to EHO by March 18/24

Observation: One staff person on site, and they don't have Foodsafe.

-issued correction order for not have paper towels at the back hand sink and not having paper towels in the dispenser at the front hand sink
-report from March 14 was discussed with manager by phone on March 14, they assured the issues would be dealt with ASAP
-Follow up inspection will be conducted tomorrow March 19/24, if paper towel issue has not been fixed then ticket will be issued
