BOH and FOH handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. prep cooler (3C), triple upright cooler (3C) FOH display cooler (4C) and kitchen glass door cover (4C). BOH chest freezers ( -4C, -9C, -25C) and FOH chest freezer (-20C) soup hot holding 72C 3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual ware washing. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine and in spray bottles. Staff hygiene satisfactory, FOODSAFE certified staff on site. Deli slicer maintained in a sanitary condition. Cleaning required in BOH floors, dry bulk product bins, and walls around food handling areas in the BOH. No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection. Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
