-Ice blocks for Halo Halo are stored in the chest freezer bulk style -this area is NOT a bulk food container

-Used disposable gloves on top of bulk food containers and disposable bowls also used
Corrective Action(s): Keep the foods covered -place it in display cases not open to the public self-serve either

-Remember ice is a food and must be protected from contamination -place in washable containers or ziplock bags

-DO NOT reuse disposable gloves once used! Use washable bulk scoopers not disposable containers for bulk foods
