Corrective Action(s): As discussed in previous inspections store all scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of dry products and in a sanitary manner. Esure all food is protected from contamination at all times.

Observation: Grease accumualtions observed on the exhaust canopy filters and exterior sections.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize all aspects of the exhaust canopy. Correct by August 14, 2018. Reminder to clean the exhaust canopy on a regular basis.

Kitchen and front service area hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach available for use in labeled spray bottles and in container. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C.
2 door freezer at -9 to -12 degrees C. Adjust to colder setting and ensure -18 degrees C or less at all times.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 4 degrees C.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
