- Handwashing sinks in food preparation/service area and staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Coolers were operating at required temperatures (4C or below):

- Daily food safety check (temperature monitoring) completed via Brandmate online system
- Quats sanitizer solution present in warewashing sink for sanitizing dishes. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Bar towels stored in chlorine sanitizer solution. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Test strips present for checking concentration of sanitizers and peroxide disinfectant.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Monthly pest control services in place.
- Public washrooms maintained and supplied with liquid soap and air dryers.
