Water damaged areas repaired, operator has repaired malfunctioning dishwasher. Observed coolers at 4 Celsius. Freezers in use below -18 Celsius. Surfaces maintained. Dishwasher final Sanitizing rinse +71 Celsius. Clean 2-compartment sink backsplash joint area and re finish with caulking.
