Complaint discussed with premise operator.
Complaint regarding customer who ordered Thai Chicken dish, indicated food was still cold on the inside. Both line cooks were using their cell phones when the order was placed and neither staff washed their hands prior to assembly the complainants order.

Reviewed procedures with operator.
- Staff must always wash their hands prior to handling food items using warm water and soap and drying their hands with single use papertowels.
- When reheating / cooking foods on the grill, foods must be heated sufficiently to reach a minimum of 74 C internal temperature.
