- Both bar cooler now measure 4C, milk/drinks and other potentially hazardous foods can now be stored there.
- Cleaning in the kitchen has improved.
- Professional cleaning for ventilation hood has been scheduled for tomorrow.
- Most of the clutter has improved, the remaining items will be stored in the basement once staff has time to move them.
- Clutter around the pizza oven is work in progress and will be cleaned up as soon as there is time for staff to complete it.
- Hot holding checked and measure 60C and above.
- Sanitizer in spray bottle in kitchen measure 200ppm QUAT.
- Professional pest control company routinely checks the facility. The basement is shared with the hotel and they are working with pest control.
