Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment placed in kitchen hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): At time of inspection, a teapot and a wiping rag were found inside the kitchen hand sink. Hand sinks are for hand washing only. Placing objects in the sink prevents use of the hand sink or prevents proper hand washing. Operator removed items from hand sink at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen meats found thawing at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen foods shall not be thawed at room temperature. Thaw frozen foods in a cooler, under cold running water while sealed in a food grade plastic bag, or in the microwave. At the time of inspection the surface temperature of the meats were below 4 degrees Celsius. Operator corrected at time of inspection by commencing preparation of some of the meats and placing the remainder in a cooler.

Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Coolers and freezers were equipped with thermometers.
Food storage practices are satisfactory.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 76.9 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer).
No signs of pests.
