Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee observed to handle ready to eat to food (cucumbers) in the back prep area without changing gloves and washing hands after working in the front.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure gloves are changed between tasks (i.e. handling cash and making food) and hands are washed prior to putting on gloves or handling food.

Observation: Dry foods (spices) stored on the floor beside chemical agents underneath the three compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods are stored away from chemicals and six inches off the floor. Do not store food underneath sinks. Correct immediately.

Observation: Walk-in cooler leaking water.
Corrective Action(s): As per the employee, an order to service the service walk-in cooler has been placed. Call your local Environmental Health Officer when walk-in cooler has been repaired.
Ensure all foods are protected from contamination from leaking water.

Routine Inspection:
-Front and back hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Three-compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing. Quats registered between 200-400 ppm.
-Sanitizer solution bottles available with Quats solution registering between 200-400 ppm.
** Ensure all wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizer solution when not in use as per your Sanitation Plan.**
-Walk-in cooler at 4 C.
-Walk-in freezer at -19 C.
-Under grill cooler drawers around at 4 C.
-Cooler with inserts at 4 C.
-Beverage cooler at 4 C.
-Hot hold rice greater than 60 C.
**Ensure temperature logs are maintained as per your Food Safety Plan. At the time of inspection, the last documented temperature was from May 2021.**
**Do not store scoops inside dry foods (i.e. rice). Always store scoops outside the container.**
-Permit to Operate posted in a conspicuous location.
