Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted to the previous routine inspection on November 5, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BHMVDG). The following was noted at time of inspection:

Milk dispensers were at ambient temperature of 4C
Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date for the milk dispensers. Please remember: if you are measuring the temperature of the milk and cream dispensed from the unit, wait for a period of time first. If you are testing the milk and cream right after delivering it from your walk-in cooler, the temperature will be indicative of your walk-in cooler, NOT your dispenser unit
Area downstairs in good sanitary condition - no flies noted in basement area where syrup concentrates are stored
Undercounter prep cooler at centre of kitchen at 2C. Ensure that this cooler is periodically monitored and is able to sustain 4C or less throughout the day before using it
Ice machine is in excellent sanitary condition (both the ice compartment and the top compartment where the ice is generated)
QUATS spray bottle present at 200 ppm
QUATS dispenser releases QUATS at 200 ppm

Thank you for your co-operation.
