Follow up inspection conducted Low temperature chlorine dishwasher in the front serving area has been repaired. A final raise concentration of 50ppm was detected at plate level. Operator needs to obtain chlorine test paper to test unit daily to ensure it is in good working order. Cleaning for the exhaust canopy has been completed. Chopping knives no longer stored between equipment and are now stored on magnetic knife holder on the wall. Foods covered in the walk-in cooler.
