-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 3C.
-Back upright freezer was at -18C.
-Back chest freezer was at -32C.
-Front upright freezer was at -18C.
-Novelty freezer was at -24C.
-F'Real freezer was at -15C.
-Facility bakes muffins daily on-site.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations (shared with 3-compartment sink and customer area) accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-F'Real machine completes a nightly cleaning and sanitizing cycle. Cleaning and sanitizing records are stored digitally in the machine.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Canned foods were found to be within their best before dates and in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
