- All handsinks in kitchen, bar area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Walk in cooler at 4C. Food is stored safely (covered)
- Two prep coolers, pull out coolers, drinks cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Two upright freezer and one chest freezers at -12C to -14C
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface
- Bar coolers are less than 4C
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely
- Sanitizer available at 200 ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
