Follow up inspection conducted:
-Sweets cooler at 3.9 deg C
-FoodSafe certified staff on site
-Dishwasher was checked again and achieved 72.3 deg C on rinse cycle on first attempt

For next routine inspection, operator has discussed installing shelving above the 2 comp sink (rack) for dishes to dry after being taken out of the dishwasher. Ensure all paint cans are removed from the dishwashing area.
