Observation: Both prep coolers by the cook line is not working.
Corrective Action(s): Please fix/service coolers to maintain 4C or below.
This is an urgent matter as it impacts the flow of the operation of the kitchen. Only 1 stand up cooler and the walk in cooler is working inside the kitchen.
This matter has been emphasized on from the last follow up inspection. There is understanding that it is hard to get technicians up to Harrison Hot Springs, however, these prep coolers must be fixed as soon as possible.
Further enforcement action may be done if not corrected by: Aug 31, 2023
If fixed earlier than the above date, please contact EHO for follow up inspection.

Observation: Shatter proof panels are still missing on some light panels. This is a repeat observation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff say they are getting a contractor/equipment to cut the panels to the correct sizes to be installed today or tomorrow.

Comments

- Scoops now have handles and stored upright in the food bag/bins. Scoop handles are not touching the food.
- All grains have been rearranged so there is no bags of food stored on the floor
- Decluttering of the storage area has been done.
>>>Equipment are either being fixed or removed if not in use.
>>>All unused or broken equipment are to be removed.
>>>Double door stand up cooler not in use. Please either fix or remove.
- Sanitizer in spray bottle measure 100ppm chlorine
- Creamer and other potentially hazardous foods no longer observed stored in the front display cooler
Reminder:
- Take out only what is needed for the morning or lunch rush. Potentially hazardous foods may be keep out for 2hours for the rush. After 2hours, the unused foods must be discarded. Do not return food into cooler.
