-Permit to operate was posted.
-Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels (air dryers for washrooms).
Note: It was discussed with the manager that the front handwashing sinks can be used to dump coffee and rinse the coffee pots as long as the coffee pots are not left inside the handsink and the handsinks remain supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter (78.8 degrees C) at the plate.
-Ice machine was clean. Ice scoop and ice scoop container is washed through the dishwasher every 2 hours according to the manager.
-Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 40 degrees F (4 degrees C).
-Walk-in-freezer was at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
-Temperature records were being up-to-date.
-No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
-The manager and assistant manager are certified in Advanced FST. Three supervisors are certified in FOODSAFE Level 1 and are planning to take FOODSAFE Level 2 this year.
