Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer is made fresh daily and changed out after lunch/dinner rush or when the solution gets cloudy. Use a 100ppm solution (5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water). Staff made fresh solution at the time of inspection.
