Gap noted under back exit door Corrective Action(s): Ensure all gaps/holes into premises are blocked to prevent pest entry. Gaps as small as pinky finger is large enough for a mouse to enter the premises. 1. Secure fitting around pipes going into the wall 2. Install a rubber door sweep at back door to fill gap under the door and is still able to move when door is opened. Access corridor on the other side of exit door in the back is left open to the outside. Correction date: 2 weeks Violation Score: 3
