Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Access to the soap dispenser for the front hand sink was obstructed.by another piece of equipment (sauce/syrup dispenser)
2. Plastic trays were found in the hand sink by the coffee machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Liquid soap dispensers need to be easily accessible for proper hand washing. Move the sauce/syrup dispenser out of the way or provide another liquid soap dispenser.
2. Hand sinks are for hand washing only and shall not be used for any other purpose. Remove trays from the hand sink and place them in the 3-compartment sink for cleaning.

Supervisor corrected both issues at the time of inspection.

General observations
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices were good..
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths were 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
