Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water throughout.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot-holding unit operating above 60'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Two low temperature dishwashers achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Sanitizer bucket (kitchen) and a labelled spray bottle (dessert production area) had 100-200ppm chlorine solution.
-Excellent food storage practice observed throughout.
-Dessert production area satisfactory. Back storage satisfactory.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

NOTE: Carrot Dessert/Rice Pudding/Gulab Jamun stored below 60'C at the front bar for lunch shift only. Any leftovers after 2 hours discarded by the operator.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility EXCELLENT at this time. Keep up the good work!
