Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (walk in, prep, upright, meat) < or = to 4C.
- The operator is double stacking plastic insert containers above the prep cooler. Store ice/water in the lower container in order to keep the food items cold.
- Freezer (upright) < or = to -18C
- Temperature log was available on site. Kept up to date.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Quat sanitizer available. Do not store any dirty dishes or equipment inside the sanitizing compartment of the sink.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle and in red bucket with presoaked cloth at 200 ppm Quat solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizer readily available both in the back and front of the kitchen.
- Dry storage area is good.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
Note: The ventilation hood over the grill is overdue for regular cleaning and maintenance (July 2017). Please call for cleaning and follow the scheduled cleaning dates.
