- Site visit to conduct routine inspection. Access to premises provided by Regional Manager. Premises appears to have been unused for an extended period of time. - Regional Manager advised that premises has been closed since March 2020. There are currently no plans to re-open premises in the near future. Regional Manager advise Head Office to contact Fraser Health regarding premises and plans to re-open.
