Observation: A small number of mouse droppings observed in the freezer storage room and on the floor by the monitoring trap under the dry food storage shelves. Monthly pest control is in place.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately clean floors/premises, remove any unneeded items from the freezer storage room, check monitoring traps, keep all food in pest proof containers, and provide a copy of your latest pest control report. Seal any holes where pests may enter.
