GEN. - The following items have been observed: --> Display coolers are maintained at 4 deg.C or less --> Technician visited facility and replaced a new hot water tank. Technician left the facility about 40 minutes ago. Water temperature was addressed at 27.7 deg.C (maximum). This facility must remain CLOSED until a follow-up inspection is conducted + written approval is given.
