> High temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Now able to achieve adequate sanitizing temperature.
> Final rinse temperature was 74.4C as per max/min thermometer - verified by thermolabel that indicated a temperature of at least 71C.
> Dishwasher is now OK to use as per usual.
