Staff had to look for bleach and prepare a new batch. The new solution in a bucket with cloth achieved 100ppm Chlorine Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is always available during food preparation times and service. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station in kitchen area did not have any paper towels. Staff immediately filled the dispenser with a new paper roll. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are always stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted - Walk-in cooler measured at 4C - Walk-in freezer measured at -18C - Ice cream freezer was turned off. No food items stored in equipment - High temperature dishwasher to be tested at the next inspection. No concerns - Ice machines are clean - No signs of pest activity
