Comments

When cleaning the floor under the cooking equipment, clean all the way to the back wall. Noted debris pushed to the back. Clean behind the shelf in the dry storage room (outside staff washroom).
Food inside the freezer unit has thawed. Temperature was -1C but should be -18C. Service the unit.
Ensure staffs are checking temperatures and glass washer daily.
Kitchen has been painted and is bright and well lit.
Temperature of the refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected at the dishwasher and glasswasher.
