Plastic wall at back vegetable prep area is of cleanable surface but this has stains and could use cleaning. Corrective Action(s): Recommend looking towards getting resurfaced or painted to ensure all walls are non-porous, easily cleanable and durable. Date to be completed by: next inspection, 12 months. Hand wash stations supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers. Washrooms have reasonable sanitation; soap and paper towel in dispensers. Back storage area: Reasonable organization and cleanliness. Sanitizer bottle 0ppm Quat, please change. Sanitizer dispensing on the wall is between 200-400ppm, which is acceptable. Walk in coolers <4C. Walk in freezers <-18C. Front end Front cashier for cleaning belts - Sanitizer bottle, Triple Play >800ppm Quat. Display coolers <4C. Meat coolers <4C. No short dates or past best before meats on sale at the time of inspection. Display freezers <-18C. Case of cracked eggs (1-2 eggs in each carton is cracked), in packages of 18. Please remove from sale, inspect eggs before sale, as necessary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Operator maintains regular pest control with contractor. 4 rodent traps at the back have been kicked away from the wall or are no longer sitting against the wall at the label. Please ensure these are maintained, ideally flush against the wall.
