Routine inspection - hand washing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. - Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration. - Coolers <4 c and equipped with thermometers. Note: Milk cooler for coffee machine at 6 degree Celsius. Supplement with ice and ensure milk temperature is at or below 4 degree Celsius. - Freezers <-18 c. - Temperatures are being checked on daily basis. - yogurt temperature below 4 degree Celsius - machine is cleaned and sanitized once a week - pest control in place
