Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezers at or below -18C
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizer pail and at the dispensing unit.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 78C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used available.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Supervisor had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Exp 2026-04-22).
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Pest Control Company conducts monthly checks.
