Comments

A plexiglass barrier has now been installed on both sides of the hand wash sink. Good
The spray faucet has been adjusted to increase water pressure. Water pressure now adequate to allow for effective stripping of dishes/utensils.
The mop bucket is being dumped on a regular basis in the designated mop sink. Good.
Please keep up the good work.
