Observation: Observed graduated cylinders, bottle brush and other equipment stored in the right compartment of the two compartment sink in the back area. No drain board or other space within immediate proximity to dry tools/equipment washed in this area.
Corrective Action(s): Install a drying rack/shelf above the two compartment sink to allow for storage of the drying equipment. Due: 2 weeks

Note: Weather stripping present under the back door but some light can be seen underneath it, recommend installing a second strip on inside or under door to ensure pests are kept outside.
