Unapproved Food Preparation areas were set up in the outside parking lot and the dumpster area -stoves, preparation tables
Corrective Action(s): You MUST have a Temporary Food Permit for any food activities outside of your permitted commercial kitchen -this includes ensuring proper handwashing facilities are present, tent/floor coverage, FOODSAFE Level 1 worker monitoring preparation of foods
