Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Temperature of all the coolers including prep cooler, walk in cooler and front beverage cooler recorded below 4C - Walk in freezer recorded at -19C - Hot holding units for soups recorded above 60C - Temperature and sanitizer logs maintained. Good - Handwash sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer spray bottle and at the dispensing unit. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing. - Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory. - General sanitation was okay. - Meat/deli slicer maintained in good sanitary condition. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Operating permit posted at the front. - Staff has valid FS level 1 certificate (Exp Feb 12, 2028) Good job! Note - 2 cardboard boxes were observed near dishwashing sink. Staff stated that boxes contain material to be used for renovations that the store is planning to start next month. Please contact your district EHO for approval prior to any renovations to the facility.
