Staff demonstrated good personal hygiene.
200 ppm to 400 ppm quat sanitizer detected in buckets.
2 compartment sink in use.
Dishwasher was not in use - only take out containers used during Covid-19 pandemic.
Chemical storage adequate.
Temperature monitoring units in use with daily logs available.
