Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sushi maki machine still had yellow and brown food debris and grease in corners; tremendous amount of food debrs underneath rubber liners for shelving units. Some corners were missed.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to reclean all noted areas during time of inspection. Regular and more thorough cleaning needs to be done in order to deter pest harbourage.

Observation: One tile baseboard missing under prep sink. Small gap between tile baseboards around water heater.
Corrective Action(s): Please replace noted tile baseboard and seal gap by next routine.

No improper thawing noted.
Ceiling panel replaced in laundry room.
Flooring sanitation in general is improved for kitchen, dishpit, sushi rice shelving unit and area where trolleys are parked.
Bleach sanitizer available in kitchen and bar areas, measured at 100ppm.
Flies reduced tremendously. Last service report reviewed, please contact technician to identify issue.
Maintain kitchen sanitation as discussed.
