Observation: The dishwasher rinse temperature is 59 degC. This is too low.
Correction: Get the dishwasher serviced. The rinse temperature must be at least 82 degC at the manifold (71 degC at the plate level). As discussed, until the dishwasher is fixed, soak the dishes that come out of the dishwasher in a 200ppm bleach solution before airdrying.
