Only a bottle of coffee creamer was stored on site (for the upcoming event). - Two compartment sink available with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels available - Domestic cooler < or = 4C - Domestic freezer < or = -18C - Bleach is available. Ensure 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is prepared during events and when kitchen is being used. - Provided information for temporary event set up - Portable sink for events is available. Stored in shed when not in use. - Premise is well lit - General sanitation is satisfactory - No signs of pests observed during inspection.
