- "True" refrigerator, and under-counter coolers hold below 4 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher reaches 75 degrees Celsius at plate surface
- 200ppm quats sanitizer solution available in bar towel bucket soak - reminder: change bar towel soak solution over as needed (i.e. when the solution gets cloudy from milk/syrup/food debris)
- No major food debris accumulation during a very busy rush hour; no foods stored on ground or under sinks throughout premise; no signs of pest activity (professional pest control services in place)
- Mop bucket stored upside down, dry
- Ice scoops stored outside of ice bins; no mildew growth observed in ice machine
- Cleaning chemicals stored away from food storage and food preparation areas; no syrup/food spillage in dry storage area
