Comments

Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records up to date. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200ppm. Time tracking observed for pizza at the front. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
