- Floors and walls in production area were clean. Walls by deep frying area have been repainted - operator will be installing stainless steel "backsplash" in the future.
- Fly activity has decreased.
- Hand sinks properly supplied
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in labelled spray bottles
- Bi-weekly pest control still in place. Continue emailing reports to health inspector.
- Continue with deep cleaning efforts.
