Meals are delivered in insulated bags and coolers to maintain hot food at or above 60C and cold food at or below 4C. - Maximum 2 hours delivery time between YVR PREP and customer. - Storage Areas: Exclusive locked Walk-In Cooler Space, exclusive use of 2-Door Freezer, exclusive use of shelving at Hot Station #3, and 1/2 storage cage outside dry storage room. - Food storage practices at Hot Station #3, Walk-In Cooler, and 2-Door Freezer appear satisfactory.
