Comments

Inspection conducted just before opening for Breakfast for the day. Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers, hot and cold running water. Cooks observed to wash hands after changing tasks, thank you. Bleach sanitizer >100ppm (1000ppm), instruction provided to dilute 10X. Dishwasher was not tested at the time of inspection as it was just turned on before opening. Cooler <4C. Freezer <-10C, prepackaged items, no raw (may need defrost to be more efficient). Sinks are in clean condition and have hot water for dishwashing. Dry storage area: fly tape may need to be changed as it is full. Dry storage area could use a sweep, remove items that are unnecessary for the restaurant, such as broken light covers. Sweep and clean out grease and other rubbish behind equipment in the kitchen prep area. Prep tables appear clean and in good repair. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
