Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 2 warm water baths with kitchen utensils observed. Both warm water baths had oil and food debris floating on top. Operator cleaned and sanitized the water bath containers and kitchen utensils at the time of inspection.
2) Food kept on floor. Operator relocated food to a shelf at the time of inspection.
