A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-C93ULK and the following observations were made: - Left prep cooler and right prep cooler were observed to be maintained in a sanitary amnner - Rice scoops and kitchen utensils were observed to be stored in a ice water bath - Food items were not observed to be stored in single use containers in the walk in cooler - Glass washer had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on dish surface - All violations addressed
