Comments

- General sanitation was satisfactory. Business was slow at the time of inspection.
- Hand wash sink was fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Ice cream machine nozzle sanitize every morning, its temperature was measured 2.8C.
- Topping cooler (top and bottom) <3C.
- Condiment cooler (top & bottom) < 2C.
- Walk in freezer at -22.3C. Under the counter freezer for chicken and fries, 2 blast freezers < or = -18C.
- Parchment paper used to separate stacked cakes in the 2 blast freezers-excellent!
- Hot holding for beef patties 67.3C.
- Ice machine was in a sanitary condition, scoop was properly stored to prevent contamination.
- Can opener was in a sanitary condition.
- 3-compartment sink was available for cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware. Racks was clean for equipment to air dry.
- Quats at the dispenser and buckets tested 200ppm. Staff was observed to rush to change bucket sanitizer when EHO walked in.
- 3 out of 11 staff have Food safe level 1 equivalent.
- Kwality pest control company was hired for pest control. No pest activity observed during inspection.

Note: - Please remind the owner to wash his hands and wear hat if he supervises DQ staff in the kitchen.
- Please remind staff not to use cell phone in the kitchen area, make sure to wash hands before returning to work.
- Please change Quats sanitizer every 2 hours or whenever the concentration is below 200ppm.
